Clients must provide accurate and truthful information when submitting a case. Misrepresentation of facts or providing false information may result in termination of services. Clients are responsible for cooperating with our team and providing necessary documentation when requested.

5. No Guarantees

While we employ best-in-class methods and have a strong track record, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes for every case. Results depend on various factors including the platforms involved, jurisdiction, and the nature of the content or fraud.

6. Limitation of Liability

CyberGeek Recovery shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.

7. Termination
